Solo Off-Grid is a two-night stay for one person, on a hectare of off-grid forest an hour from Barcelona. You come on your own. Your accommodation is completely private, and we host no more than two or three guests on the whole property at any time. So it stays genuinely quiet.

You sleep under the trees, eat food grown and made here, and spend two days doing very little on purpose. There's a gentle rhythm if you want it: a morning practice, a quiet meditation, a long unhurried conversation before you leave. And complete permission to ignore all of it and simply rest. Most people arrive tired and leave a little clearer about what comes next.

Most of the people who come here are the ones everyone else relies on. Good at their work, good to the people around them, and quietly running on empty. They don't need a program or a breakthrough. They need two days where nothing is asked of them.

So that's what this is. A forest, a private space under the trees, real food, and a stretch of time that belongs only to you. No schedule to keep. No one to look after. No screen you have to answer.

Private, and actually quiet.

Set on a hectare of forest land, your accommodation is your own, and we never host more than two or three guests on the property. There are no crowds here, no shared spaces to negotiate, no noise, and no one performing wellness at you. Just the forest, the well, the sun, and enough silence that your nervous system finally believes it's safe to put things down again.

A rhythm, only if you want one.

Each morning there's a gentle movement and breath session in the forest, enough to wake the body without demanding anything of it. There's a quiet meditation if you'd like one, the kind that works even if you're sure you can't meditate. And before you leave, we sit down together for an unhurried conversation we call “The Long View.” Not advice, not a plan, just space to hear your own thinking out loud about where you are and where you're headed. People are often surprised by what surfaces once they've finally stopped moving.
None of it is required. Some guests do all of it. Some sleep, walk, and say almost nothing for two days. Both are exactly right.

The place does most of the work.

We live here. The water comes from a well, the power mostly from the sun. You'll have the run of the land. The trails, the trees, the good places to sit and watch the light change. You'll leave rested. And often, without trying, clearer about what's next for you.

Whose forest this is.

In 2018 we sold everything and spent four years rewilding on a remote island off the Pacific coast of Canada. We came back changed, and instead of returning to what we'd left, we built this: a hectare of forest an hour from Barcelona, where we live, grow food, and host a handful of people at a time. We're not a wellness company. We're two people who figured out how to slow down, and kept a place where you can do the same.
